청용사는 낙동강에 연한 비봉산 산봉의 깎아지른 절벽에 자리한 법화종의 사찰이다. 낙강변 경승지로 불도량으로서만 아니라 고래로 상산의 시인 묵객의 유람이 많은 곳이기도 하다. 이 절에는 후불탱과 아미타 불상을 모시고 있다
