1909년 김진성각 보살이 양도암으로 창건 후 양도사, 진흥사로 개칭 1980년대에는 태고종에 소속되어 있었으며 현재는 개인사찰과 다름이 없다. 동서로 긴 장방형의 대지위에 극락보전과 요사 및 선방을 배치함.
