장춘사는 신라 42대 흥덕왕 7년(832년) 무량국사가 창건한 것으로 알려진 유서깊은 고찰로서 경내에는 장춘사 석조여래좌상, 오층석탑, 대웅전 등의 문화재가 있으며 장춘사 대웅전은 1979년 개축한 정면 3칸, 측면 2칸의 팔작와가 형식의 건물이다. 장춘사 약수는 한국의 명수 100선에 선정되어 있다.
