모전석탑(보물 제459호)은 주로 경북 안동지역에 분포한것과 동일한 양식의 탑으로 경주 분황사탑에서 파생된 양식임. 1967년 탑을 해체보수하였고 2003년 충청대학박물관에서 시굴조사를 실시하였음
