300여년 전부터 관운장의 초상으로 모시는 사당으로 존재하였다가 1919년에 현재의 법당 및 요사채가 중창되었음 한국동란 중에 전몰한 군인,경찰을 포함한 호국영령들의 540여 위패를 모시고 있는 여각이 있어 국가와 민족을 위해 장렬하게 전사하신 호국영령들의 영혼을 위로하신 호국의 도량임
