파평윤씨의 장녀인 무당이 충주에 피난온 명성황후에게 얼마후면 환도할 것이라고 예언하였는데 황후가 환궁하게되자 진령군 여대감의 벼슬을 내렸는데 윤씨는 1886년 백의철 불몽현으로 현위치에 철불을 안치후 절을 세웠다고 함.
